The Dundas Street team
The firm is led by Managing Partner Susan Hornsby-Geluk, and Partners, Blair Scotland, Ros Webby and David Traylor.
Our award winning team of 8 specialist employment lawyers exceeds the capacity of most of New Zealand's large law firms.
Our point of difference is the seniority of our lawyers - while we have junior staff available to perform lower level work at a cost effective price, the majority of our team consists of senior employment lawyers who are available to provide quick, practical advice when you need it.
Most of our lawyers have also worked in-house and therefore understand the business drivers that influence employment relations outcomes.
We also take a team approach to ensure that our clients have access to the best and most cost effective advice for their situation.
Susan is a pragmatic and strategic adviser and business partner. She is ranked amongst New Zealand's leading employment lawyers and is regularly called in to advise on complex and high profile disputes.
Blair understands both public and private sector clients business drivers and how to use them effectively in the employment arena. He has worked in house and externally and clients appreciate his legal know-how and practical approach.
Ros is a specialist employment lawyer with 20 years’ experience in employment relations and human resources. Her significant in-house experience allows her to deliver business focussed outcomes for our clients.
David has significant employment law experience both in NZ and the UK. He also specialises in Health & Safety.
Having worked in both a large national law firm and boutique employment law practices, Chloe is able to assist clients with all aspects of employment, providing the strategic direction, support and advice needed to resolve employment law issues.
Barnaby joined Dundas Street in May 2017. He has relevant and useful experience working under pressure in the Public Sector and provides a critical level of support to our team.
Jack joined the Dundas Street team in March 2019. He has 1-2 years experience as a solicitor in another boutique Wellington law firm.
Megan was admitted to the Bar in 2009 and has developed significant experience in all aspects of employment law.
